It looks like this issue might have been introduced when musescore was updated to 2.0.2+dfsg-1 in Wily. Comparing 15.04 [1] and Wily [2], musescore-soundfont-gm seems to have become a dummy package which now depends on the new timgm6mb-soundfont. Looks like this cause some problems when upgrading though, because it attempts to add the new dependency before replacing the old package.
