I also tried to reproduce this but i could not. This happened to me once, but i believe sw was updated after that. There was some update at mid july when icons were updated and this shell rotate was released. Maybe it does not happen any more with newest sw. Maybe you ban close this issue. However, there is also posibility that something else happened.
