Hello Tony! Today I recognized that my mobile data only works if data roaming is active. I made a lot of tests with a lot of reboots, but it is always the same: My BQ 4.5 starts without data roaming and after a few minutes the notice change and the "R" for roaming appears. If data roaming is "disabled" mobile data doesn't work... no emails, no browser, no scopes...
In attachment I've put the required info: "system-image-cli -i" as screenshot and the both files. Additional I've put two screenshots with my screens on my BQ. My provider is mobilecom (formerly Talkline) which is a daughter from O2. If you need more information please told me.
