@dander88 According to @jrp the message "Received an indication that the
operating parameters on this target have changed.  The Linux SCSI layer
does not automatically adjust these parameters." is beneign. He
mentioned that in bug 1445195.

Are you just seeing that message or do your systems also go into read-
only mode? From my point of view the SCSI message has no significance to
the read-only bug. The message also pops up with successful backups.

@h-lbuntu-2 What kind of bug do you mean? Also the SCSiI message? Or do
you also have read-only problems?

@cohn I would install them all. Be aware you might have to ignore
dependencies when you are on 14.04 and go to kernel 3.19, e.g. binutils.
Run dpkg --ignore-depends=binutils -i *.deb to install them. It is fine
to do that: those dependencies can be ignored without problems.
