Thanks for reporting this issue. I see the same entries when lookging at the content of the package [1]. At the time of this writing, Debian unstable also has gnome-boxes 3.14.2-2, but I can't find any trace of the same files there [2]. Which I find odd, because the package should have been synced from Debian and rebuilt in Ubuntu.
At the moment, there's a new gnome-boxes package waiting in wily- proposed (version 3.16.2-0ubuntu1, packaged directly in Ubuntu, note the 0 for Debian version after the dash.) I wonder whether that will have the same problem.
