capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.

I see that fceux version 2.2.1+dfsg0-2 is available in Ubuntu 14.04 (and
2.2.2+dfsg0-1 is in later releases). I therefore  believe this issue can
be closed as Fix Released.
