I suppose this is some kind of udev problem? What is a "bcache" device?
In initramfs, can you get the output of "blkid" and attach it here?
(either put it onto the hard disk and reboot with an earlier Ubuntu
release, or simply make a screenshot).
Please post more details about this problem.
