Public bug reported:
On Kubuntu 15.04 with the Kubuntu backport Plasma 5, I am encountering
an issue with the keyboard configuration.
If I go to system settings -> input devices -> keyboard -> layouts, I
see that I only have an English (US with Euro on 5) layout configured.
However, Plasma 5 keeps switching automatically to a "US English,
International with dead keys" layout by itself, which is rather
disturbing.
When this happens, the layout indicator widget in the system tray
suddendly starts showing both layouts "US with Euro on 5", and "US
English, International with dead keys" with the last one on top (as the
active one).
