Public bug reported:

I recently had to change my Ubuntu SSO password, but I had forgotten to
update my Ubuntu One account on the phone.

I went to System Settings, saw some updates and clicked on "Install all
updates". This resulted in the usual screen with the list of apps/scopes
being downloaded, but they were frozen showing the progress:
"Downloading 0 bytes of...".

Only after I had quit System Settings and went to the click store (I was
suspecting an error in connectivity with the store), I was presented
with a screen that told me to log into Ubuntu One again.

I would have expected u-s-s to tell me that my credentials were
incorrect and that I needed to re-login.

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
