Public bug reported: As I write an email I use File, Save as Draft (CTRL+S) from time to time. But then the cursor goes at the top of the text. Instead it should stay at the current position.
Before version 3.2 I have not seen this effect, but in 3.10 it is still there. I have reported this upstream: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=750139. Upstream says that Evolution 3.10 is very old and that this bug won't be fixed in this version. The bug is fixed in 3.16. Could you please fix this himself? Because Ubuntu 14.04 is LTS and it contains this old Evolution 3.10.
