Thanks, Christopher, again for swift reply. I have tested the following kernels: 4.1.0-040100rc2-generic 4.0.7-040007-generic 3.19.8-031908-generic
While I managed to boot the system (Lenovo t450s), for none of these cases WLAN worked. Furthermore, problems with building the kernels had been observed, which seem to be related to the use of Intel Graphics for Linux. During 5 cycles of suspend/resume the problem could not be observed. However, also for the current default kernel (3.16.0-41-generic) I observed the problem sometimes to occur less frequently. Given the fact that the current install is not fully inline with default 14.10 (due to use of Intel Graphics for Linux) and the fact that problem is not sufficiently frequently reproducible, I suggest that I will collect further observations and try to install 15.04 asap to eliminate deviations from standard installation. For the time being I keep this in state Incomplete. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1468232 Title: Font corruption Intel Broadwell graphics To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1468232/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
