Hi.
I see that this issue is inactive since some time.
I want to report the state of my (limited) knowledge about this.

I know how to make this this device work !
All I have to do is Boot into Windows then restart the computer into Ubuntu
15.04.

Here is some console output:

~$ uname -a
Linux Henri1504 3.19.0-21-generic #21-Ubuntu SMP Sun Jun 14 18:31:11 UTC 2015
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When "cold booting" into Ubuntu :
~$ lspci -s 0b:02.0 -vvnn
