Is there a way to track down exact setting causing it? More importantly
- is there a way to completely replace xfdesktop with pcmanfm as a
workaround? How exactly monitor settings program knows that it have to
spawn xfdesktop every time new monitor being used? Is there some
.desktop file or some dconf setting?

I'd appreciate help with more elaborate workaround than 'chmod -x
/usr/bin/xfdesktop'

** Changed in: xfdesktop4 (Ubuntu)
