I upgraded to 15.04 and all worked fine, After a couple of days I had a
jumpy screen so I restarted. Since then I have the wrong screen
resolution and cannot change it.

I have two kscreen config files under ~/.local/share/kscreen - the older
one has the correct resolution settings with the id 'LVDS'. The newer
file has the wrong resolution setting with an id of 'default'. I am
unable to get kscreen to use the older file.

Under System Settings -> Display Configuration there is only the default
monitor/screen which does not allow resolution changes. There is no
option of creating a new monitor/screen or selecting the older config
file 'LVDS'.

My graphics card is Mobility Radeon HD5650 and I am using the x-server-
xorg-video-ati recommended driver
