Closing the bug: as mentionned earlier, setting the /apps/gksu/disable-
grab GConf key to true provides an easy way of disabling the fade. I
don't think this setting should make it further into the UI, and we
should rather concentrate on making it work on all pieces of hardware
(please file separate bugs where appropriate). If you have comments
about the fade itself not being as good looking as you would expect,
there are other bug reports about this :)
