ok, this shows grub-efi-amd64-signed 1.34.2+2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.1 being uninstalled at the time that grub-efi-amd64 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.2 is installed. Do you have trusty-proposed enabled in your apt sources? (grep trusty-proposed /etc/apt/sources.list) You appear to have installed grub-efi-amd64 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.2 on May 14, which is two weeks before it was released to trusty-updates (on May 27).
Users should not in general have the -proposed pocket enabled on their systems, and should not apt-get dist-upgrade to the packages in -proposed, because packages may be temporarily uninstallable with -proposed. This problem never affected users in trusty-updates; to fix your system, you just need to re-install the grub-efi-amd64-signed package. ** Changed in: shim (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1455754 Title: Wrong signature on EFI Bios after dist-upgrade To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shim/+bug/1455754/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
