** Description changed: After upgrading to Kubuntu 15.04, cisco anyconnect mobility client connection started to degrade all networking. Removing and reinstalling anyconnect does not help. Similar connection with VPNC works fine (other the inconvenient 7,5h automatic disconnection). - [Test case] 1. Connect to network 2. Open a connectiton with cisco anyconnect mobility client 3. ping ntp.ubuntu.com PING ntp.ubuntu.com (91.189.89.199) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from golem.canonical.com (91.189.89.199): icmp_seq=1 ttl=48 time=41.4 ms 64 bytes from golem.canonical.com (91.189.89.199): icmp_seq=5 ttl=48 time=79.4 ms 64 bytes from golem.canonical.com (91.189.89.199): icmp_seq=18 ttl=48 time=35.8 ms ^C --- ntp.ubuntu.com ping statistics --- 18 packets transmitted, 3 received, 83% packet loss, time 31183ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 35.844/52.234/79.444/19.375 ms + /opt/cisco/anyconnect/bin/vpnagentd uses 100% CPU. + AnyConnect client version is 3.1.05152 + I saw a similar problem described at http://www.reddit.com/r/Ubuntu/comments/35spux/ubuntu_1504_and_cisco_anyconnect/ but it was removed since it's not a bug site I guess.
