Yes, your right, we should  contact them...

I will contact them tomorow. I think we will have a definitive yes or
no. There are allot of activity on their drivers website right now.
They now seem's to split the BIOS from other drivers explicitly, then
they have added "supported Window's platform".  That might show us they
whant to stop supporting "any windows version" (aka windows 7). That
could be good for linux. I don't really know what to think...
