I think I'm having the same problem here... Only, I have a working internet connection (I can surf the web anyway). When the Cover Art plugin is enabled (as it was by default on a recent Feisty system), Rhythmbox crashes with a "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" error message. I see the "cover art loading" icon, as in the screenshot in a previous comment by Dmitriy. Also on the 3 min 9 sec (magic moment) timepoint Rhythmbox crashes. As this was in my first case just after changing from one song to another, I filed a bug report [Bug 141216] Rhythmbox crashes after changing song.
One remark still about my internet connection : I'm behind a corporate proxy, maybe that's the problem... I will see if the problem persists at home on my own internet connection. -- Segfault when internet connection is turned off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/137707 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
