Not sure how to recreate it. I am using default system. I have not installed many extra things other than few php and android developing tools and play on linux and steam and things of that nature.
compizconfig -> general -> display settings -> Register output by default this is checked (detect_outputs) if i check this then the error happens where monitor 1 and two "over lap". and appear as one.
