Yes, thank you for your response. I know this is an unsupported Azureus version, but I had the feeling it might be Java related more than Azureus related, since it has always worked before (have used the same Azureus version with both Edgy and Feisty and their testing versions). Also there seems to be Java/Azureus issues even with the repository version of Azureus 2.5.0.0 in another bug report.
My Java version is "1.6.0_02" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_02-b05) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0_02-b05, mixed mode, sharing) Installed from Gutsys repositories.
