Public bug reported:
When choosing the Tangerine Icon theme in kcontrol, lots of icons are
missing.
The problem only exists in Gutsy, in Feisty it's working fine. See the
attached screenshot for the problem.
(I didn't install the Tangerine icon manually, it's just the default
Tangerine icon shipped with Ubuntu.)
