This bug should be fixed upstream... I haven't been able to test it myself (Gutsy has libnl-1.0-pre5, but I think knetworkmanager needs 1.0-pre6), but revisions 711598 (http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=711598) and 711600 (http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=711600) look very promising.
