Public bug reported:

This isn't OS breaking; however, it is something that might have been
over looked. When you open something like Power Options, Keyboard,
Screen Display, or other portions of the settings application it opens
with that icon in the, dock? When you then click "All Settings" or open
another portion of the settings application it keeps the same icon, for
example: I search my computer for "Power," I then open the power section
of the settings application, I then click "All Settings" and the icon
doesn't change; it stays with the power icon.

I'm not sure if it's ubuntu-desktop causing this issue, or if the
settings application isn't changing it's icon when moving to a different
section, or maybe some other things.
