So we're consuming more power when flight mode is enabled because push-
client is holding the suspend blocker for more time than when you have a
working connection (flight mode disabled) in place.

So push wakes up the device at every 5 minutes and keeps it awake for an
entire 1 minute (probably the timeout for not finding a connection).
