I have discovered that the problem is in the "processor" module, which
is needed for acpi_cpufreq. Removing that module makes suspend-to-ram
work fine. If I insert that module after suspend-to-ram, system gets
very slow. If I remove the module, system works normally. It reminds me
problems of interrupts but I don't know.
