Hi, not shure if this is the same bug i'm having but i also got my bq Aquaris (ubuntu ed.) a few days ago and tried updating to r21. In the Update manager it stops after downloading (no progress is shown whilst downloading, but only for the system image, apps were shown correct) and shows a greyed out "Installing..." after about half an hour i went to another app and it never finished (should this work in the background?). Rebooting and trying again didn't solve anything. I'll mark this error as affecting me if u aggree...
