Hello, I have same problem with my BQ Aquaris E4.5 (Ubuntu 14.10 R21) when I turn off airplane mode. The bluetooth turns on , whereas it was disabled before activating airplane mode. For information, I have 2 SIM CARDS in my mobile phone
