I can't say why, but it works again for me. akonadi-backend-mysql is version 1.13.0-2ubuntu4 mysql* is 5.6.24-0ubuntu1
I had a second error which was caused by a wrong configuration (may was set by a package?) /usr/sbin/mysqld-akonadi has to be used as mysql executable.
