This is a confusing bug report. The battery graph doesn't show "one
curve for everything", it shows one curve for the battery. If your phone
had a removable extra battery pack, then it might be interesting to show
multiple curves.

Naming and shaming apps that are using a lot of battery is an interesting idea, 
but I don't see what that has to do with the graph. None of the 
battery-monitoring utilities I've come across show apps in a single graph, for 
example.
