I can confirm this issue, but I think it is a BIOS problem. I updated my bios from A08 to A10 using the guide at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DellBIOS#Upgrading_with_a_FreeDOS_USB_drive . Since then, the issue did not re-appear.
