It only need the ubuntu-system-settings to look into user's folder.
I wonder would it be suitable to just looks into ${XDG_MUSIC_DIR} or we
like to have ${XDG_MUSIC_DIR}/ringtone or ${XDG_MUSIC_DIR}/notification
XDG_MUSIC_DIR="/home/phablet/Music"
