Thank you very much Lem, it works with Unity Tweak Tool. In the meantime I discovered that it works also running the following command:
$ dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/wm/preferences/action-middle-click- titlebar "'lower'" It might sound crazy, but this is one of the most important feature to me!
