I have a acer with Radeon Mobility M9 [Radeon Mobility 9000] and I can't nor hibernate or suspend, but if I disable radeon driver I can hibernate and suspend correctly! The problem is the almost absent 3d acceleration! I have this problem since the first hoary and I tried gusty and the problem is still the same!
