This morning I tried to reboot my computer (old behavior lasting from windows OS ;) ) and the problem was still there.
I saw there was new package updates (connecting with the Ethernet cable) and decided to apply them. I then unplugged my cable and rebooted one more time my system. And Network-manager is working again for me ! But there was no update for its package that I saw in this morning updates... So, so far, I can't say what was exactly the origin of my problem... I won't create another bug report as the problem is not anymore.
