I was unable to recreate your bug report based off the information you
have given. Removing the Documents directory in my user's home
directory did not affect his ability to run Nautilus. However, entries
in the "Places" menu did appear strange when removing the Pictures
directory - I ended up having 2 "Desktop" entires in the Places menu.
Is your Gutsy system fully up to date?
