I've just experienced quite the same, but only with missing snmp.so.
Although I had /etc/php5/conf.d/snmp.ini with the extension=snmp.so line,
php5-snmp wasn't installed anymore.
It's very likely that I had it installed, but did not purge it when removing it
again.
I think it's likely the case also with the reporter and therefor close this as
Invalid.
Please reopen it, if you can provide more info and have in fact the
packages installed correctly (and not just the config files left).
