just updated to Kernel 3.18 as described in the post above. After reboot I got disconnected again and a dialog with this error came popped up:
(4) Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken. uname -a did show the new kernel (though I wonder how I would keep up to date with this kernel regarding security bugs. I guess there would need be a backport for the last LTS, right? Do we know what exact part has changed? Please let me know, if I can help with any tests in this. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1297286 Title: Wireless connection keeps disconnecting To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1297286/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
