these are the changes for the new upload to gutsy to fix this problem:
redland-bindings (1.0.6.1-2ubuntu2) gutsy; urgency=low
* debian/python-librdf.example (LP: #47232)
- added data/dc.rdf to example file
* python/example.py:
- changed test_file to 'dc.rdf' and not to ../data/dc.rdf
