Public bug reported:
Huawei E353 s-6 3G Data Card (BSNL 3G 14.4Mbps) works in Ubuntu 13.04
but not in Ubuntu 14.04.
In Ubuntu 14.04 Huawei E353 gets detected using lsusb, but the
MobilePartner is not showing network signal and not connecting to
internet.
# lsusb | grep Huawei
Bus 001 Device 007: ID 12d1:1506 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E398
LTE/UMTS/GSM Modem/Networkcard
Kindly fix this bug in the next release Ubuntu 15.04.
