I have the same problem in Thinkpad T60p with feisty / 7.04. After sleep/resume, USB audio works fine, but analog audio and the built-in speakers don't. Rhythmbox crashes if I try to play; sound preferences crash if I push 'test', and XMMS complains that someone else is using the sound driver.
