Public bug reported:

python-ironic's package says its depends on python-sqlalchemy 0.8~ ---
which is wrong, the currently release has a dependency of 0.9.7 listed
--- and that conflicts with python-alembic, which has an explicit
dependency on python-sqlalchemy 0.9.7.

LIsting a more current alembic and sqlalchemy should resolve this, but
as of right now, I can't install the package at all on 14.04
