Binary package hint: ncftp

I dont think that bug is ubuntu developers fault but in my opinion is important 
and thats why i will report it.
The problem is when i try to download file from remote ftp host which one 
latency is not well ( lag). and we waiting for meny R! resume all. O overwrite 
and else. if wi have already downloaded a part of the file. waiting for this 
menu we kill a ncftp by killall -9 ncftp. the part of downloaded file will be 
lost.
