Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

On an almost-up-to-date gutsy (last update 24 hours ago) my dell latitude d820
suspends to ram whenever it is unplugged. on resume, i get a "laptop failed to
suspend" message as reported at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/32143
and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/136603

i don't see this behaviour on suspends generated e.g. by closing the
lid.

seems weird. let me know if i cna provide more info.
