I believe these modules were replaced by chan_motif.so & res_xmpp.so If your goal is to get Google Voice working, see motif.conf and xmpp.conf to configure. You may want to also check out this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/guide-setup-asterisk- server-google-t2126964
