Public bug reported:

Running Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) with GNOME fallback
Downloaded and installed hd-applet_0.15.11-2_i386.deb
Did:
$ sudo find / -name hdate-applet -print
[sudo] password for mike:
/usr/share/pixmaps/hdate-applet
/usr/share/doc/hdate-applet
/usr/lib/hdate-applet
$ ls -l /usr/lib/hdate-applet
total 0
i.e. no files in /usr/lib/hdate-applet
This is the situation after a nominally successful installation using Synaptic

What must I do to obtain and activate the applet?
(hdate and hcal work OK, so I assume the relevant libraries are installed)

Thanks,
MikeR
