Vincent Jaubert, just to advise, bugzilla is not reporting a problem upstream, as it's considered legacy, upstream doesn't even look at it, and it's the wrong venue for your problem. As well, nowhere in the instructions provided in #4 did it say to even post there, nor were the hardware reporting instructions followed.
Despite this, could you please report this problem to the appropriate mailing list (linux-input) by following the instructions verbatim at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/kernel (not posting URLs to bugzilla)? Please provide a direct URL to your e-mail to the mailing list once you have made it so that it may be tracked via http://vger.kernel.org/vger- lists.html . It can take a day for the new e-mail to show up in the respective archive. Thank you for your understanding. ** Tags added: latest-bios-1.05 ** Tags removed: kernel-bug-reported-upstream ** Tags added: needs-upstream-testing ** Tags removed: kernel-bug-exists-upstream ** Tags added: kernel-bug-exists-upstream-3.18 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1402393 Title: Touchpad elantech on Fujitsu E554 doesn't work at all To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1402393/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
