Did not disect to the bottom - released version 3.16.0-28 corrects the
problem, so I assume that someone beat me to it.
Fixed and verified over the last few days by switching back and forth
between -25 and -28. Wifi keeps dropping in -25, and stays stable
overnight in -28.
