I still have this exact same problem on 14.04 x64 (but it's been around since 12.04). It happens on new installs of either Ubuntu release.
Thankfully, the workaround here still functions and saved me a lot of trouble ("modprobe -r usbhid" followed by "modprobe usbhid"). The only alternative is to reboot the system. I'm not sure what else you might want from me. If I knew anything about writing drivers, I'd try to find the bug myself, but I'm not even sure where to start looking. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/993724 Title: Left-click stops working after suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-evdev/+bug/993724/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
