Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 dev with vlc 2.2.0~rc2-1 and on enabling VDPAU in
the VLC media player (by going to the menu bar -> Tools -> Preferences
-> Video -> Display -> Output and setting it to "VDPAU output" (on my
system this seems also to be the default from "Automatic")) I'm seeing
for a short time heavy graphic issues if I'm going to a new playing
position in the video. In the attachments is an example video which
causes this issue if the playing position is changed.

** Affects: vlc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Example video"
